Introduction

As a part of the IP Deal, if you use, adapt, build upon or extend the IP Resources, we ask you to honor our IP Requests and to ProxReward in return. Below are four IP Requests.

1) Communication

Let us know how you are using, adapting, building upon or extending the IP Resources. Contact us here.

2) Acknowledge and Recommend

Acknowledge how you have used the IP Resources and ProxRewarded (or proxried) us, and recommend ProxThink to others. Below are suggested formats for the internet and other media.

Internet includes public and private internets and intranets. Below is the suggested format.

3) Collaboration

Consider the possibility we might collaborate, and potential ways to do so. If appropriate, please contact us about collaborating.

4) Adaptation

If you adapt, modify or create derivative works from the IP Resources, those works need to include this IP Deal. This means that any derivative works, and derivative works created from them (and so on), all need to include this IP Deal.

This in turn means that users and developers of these works need to have ways to relate to each other and ProxReward as appropriate, the practicalities of which need to be worked out. See IP Deal - In Development for more details.

In the interim, people need to communicate, coordinate, relate and use this IP Deal as appropriate and as best we can.
