A New Neighborhood
(Relate the PPs)
Two people move into the same neighborhood, right next door to each other. Their initial awareness of each other as newcomers (ProxAwareness) makes them feel connected (connected independence).
To become a part of the new neighborhood and community, they need to meet new people. Although they can't introduce each other to new neighbors (can't introduce related), they figure they'll get chances to meet a variety of new people (relate to variety) if they go to some events together (value of some and grouping). They want to meet people to do things with (more proximate), and network with (create links). Going to events in a new place can involve uncertainty and tension (allow uncertainty). Going together can reduce that tension (less of a need to allow uncertainty).
They realize meeting new people does not always go smoothly (sometimes hard to transition smoothly), and can sometimes seem forced (it's harder to avoid forcing). However, they also know if they genuinely honor some of the concerns of people they meet (involve actively, honor integrity and value of some), they have a better chance of becoming friends or associates (grouping).
So they go to some events together, even though they will never know for sure how it would be different if they did not go together. This strategy could be more or less valuable to different people (rank depends). But it's probably better than going alone (less limits of one), especially given what they know about themselves and each other (ProxAwareness).
