1) Your Exposure to, Awareness of, and Usage of the Site and Intellectual Property (IP) Resources which we Provide
Your exposure to, awareness of, and usage of the Intellectual Property (IP) Resources (see examples below) forms part of our relationship, may vary widely, and may benefit and reward you in diverse ways. You may directly view or use IP Resources online, use them offline, or come across them indirectly in various ways. In other words, our relationship exists wherever and however you are exposed to, are aware of, or use the IP Resources, and so our Proxri Deal is in effect as well. Examples of Intellectual Property (IP) Resources include the site content, concepts, ideas, tools, models, standards, ProxThink Hints, Proxri Deal, ProxThink River blog, neologisms (coined words or expressions), various conceptual innovations, videos, interactive areas and other site features and innovations. See our IP Deal in the User Area for a more complete list.
Note that exposure, awareness and usage includes all manner of publishing, distributing and broadcasting.
2) Ongoing Interactions with You
Ongoing interactions are part of our relationship. These ongoing interactions with you may be via this site, email, blog, forums, via various social or technological networks, or any other means, whether direct or indirect.
Collaboration may be part of our relationship. Together, we may jointly create, adapt or modify content, IP Resources, interactions, and various other elements and relationships. Such collaborative relationships are covered in our Collaboration Deal, in the User Area.
